NANOCHROMES
In AcZon’s NanoChromes the fluorescent dyes are included in the silica matrix. This peculiarity allows for signal amplification (more dyes are linked per each signaling molecule) and higher stability (fluorescent dyes are protected from the foreign agents)
NANOTANDEMS
AcZon’s NanoTandems defintely overcome the important issue due to tandem dye degradation in flow cytometry. The shield effect due to the silica matrix limits the action of the external environment on the sensitive dyes. Consequently, the FRET phenomenon occurs with the same efficiency for the whole reagent validity avoiding the need of instrument resetting.
NANOLISA & NANOLISA-F
With NanoLISA & NanoLISA-F the plate failure rate dramatically decreases. Thanks to the high stability of the reagent and the amplification effect due to the spheric shape of the nanoparticles the signal is higher and stable across time limiting false negative and positive results and maintaining the same antibody titer for the whole reagent validity.
