AcZon history began with the strong commitment in the development and commercialization of reagents for immunofluorescence. The long experience in the field together with strategic alliances, allowed us to enrich our hybridoma bank with valuable clones.
In the AcZon cell culture room, hybridomas are cultured following well defined and optimized procedures to ensure high productivity and the lowest degree of impurity. The harvested supernatant is quality controlled and then purified through a multi-chromatography approach to ensure a final purity degree higher than 95%.
These antibodies, once passed the strict quality controls, are provided to the customers in their purified form, conjugated to conventional dyes and to fluorescent silica nanoparticles. All the produced batches are submitted to stability tests either in real time and under thermal stressing, according to the state of the art.
The AcZon’s expertise in immunofluorescence enriched the catalog also with ancillary items as blocking solution, diluent buffer, and what will support you in your everyday laboratory activities.
