The conjugation of NPs and antibodies combines the properties of NanoParticles with the antibodies main feature to recognize specific antigens, thus improving cellular uptake and intracellular stability. To provide a new nanomedicine platform suitable for in vitro diagnostics assays, it is absolutely necessary to use tunable NanoParticles. Each application field requires specific characteristics, whereby shape and dimensions are of great interest.
In AcZon we can synthesize NanoParticles incorporating molecules supplied by the Customer (fluorescent or non-fluorescent). NPs may be functionalized and conjugated based on the Customer’s application requirements.
